Rachel has been with The Koehler Bortnick Team since 1999 and has served in a number of capacities including as an agent and as the team assistant and courier, so she knows the office inside and out. As the office manager, she handles the details that keep us running and assists in all aspects of the real estate process.

Kathy Mac is the friendly voice on the phone when you call the team. She answers client questions, routes incoming phone calls, and tracks down agent feedback. In her spare time, she's learning a second language.

Erin is the team courier and extra set of hands. She has a desk at the office, but she doesn't sit still long enough to use it.

Erika is the pleasant voice you reach on the telephone on Saturdays. She is wonderful around the office and can complete her tasks at an astonishing rate of speed and accuracy.
